For the first time ever, Lincoln School participated in a school-wide Read-A-Thon fundraiser in the fall. Students pledged to read a certain number of minutes and called on friends and family to support this worthwhile initiative. All together, Lincoln School raised a total of $12,755! Mrs. Buckley's fourth grade class logged the most minutes read with just over 6,500 minutes. Their reward for all their reading was a “surprise” silly string ambush on Mr. Lopez during dismissal time!
